Every single garment or accessory will be regenerated, washed and ironed in one of our specialized laundries.

Please note: if washing or ironing is necessary for the full enjoyment of The Paac experience, strictly follow the instructions on the inside label of the garment.

Any non-ordinary damage or negligence will be charged to the user; if a garment or accessory is returned and it is not possible to regenerate it, it will be charged and sent to the user.

In case you purchase an item, we recommend you strictly respect the specific indications placed on the internal label of the garment.
