What is a Paac?

The sets of 4 garments that you can receive with the MyPaac Smart, MyPaac Basic or MyPaac Event subscriptions are called Paac. This term is of our invention and refers to the "package" that contains the garments.

What does the Event plan include?

MyPaac Event is the ideal plan for those who want to rent a Paac without the constraints of a subscription: perfect for a special occasion or event, it lasts one week. The plan includes credits for the purchase of your favorite items and free shipping and returns.

What is a renewed garment?

A renewed garment is a garment that has been treated in a specialised laundry. The "regeneration" of the garment is carried out every time a garment included in a Paac is not purchased. This process is guaranteed by ThePaac, which subjects each renewed garment to strict quality control as for the provisions of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità regarding the Covid-19 emergency.

The Istituto Superiore di Sanità has provided various suggestions for sanitising the garments following each use, even after testing in stores. However, washing is considered the safest process, and this is the one guaranteed by ThePaac.

How to switch from a Smart subscription to a Basic one and vice versa?

You can change your subscription plan in the User Profile area.

When do I pay for my Paac?

The first payment takes place upon subscription to the subscription and amounts to the entire month. For the Smart plan, subsequent payments take place every time a Paac is sent, therefore every two weeks, and will amount to half the cost of the monthly plan. The choice of 2 weeks is to guarantee you greater flexibility. For the Basic plan, however, the full amount will be charged when the new Paac is shipped, therefore once a month.

How can I buy my favourite items?

You can buy all your favourite items from your Paac. Log in to your Profile area and confirm your purchase. You can deduct your Credits, and we will debit the amount directly through the selected payment method. You will simply have to keep the items you have purchased at the end of their availability period.

What are Credits and how do they work?

Credits represent your virtual moneybox to be able to buy your favourite items on The Paac. Each € 1 of Credits corresponds to € 1 that can be spent on purchasing items from your Paacs. 10 € of Credits are added to your moneybox every time you receive a Paac. Credits are not redeemable but can be used up to one year after the end of your subscription.

What happens if I return a damaged item?

The cost of the subscription includes the reconditioning of the garments. However, suppose one or more of these require extraordinary reconditioning processes due to carelessness on the part of the user. In that case, ThePaac will contact the user to report the damage and allow them to choose whether to buy the garment and receive it at no additional cost in the subsequent Paac or pay for the extraordinary reconditioning process.

What happens if I return an item different from those received in my Paac?

The items received in the Paac and not intended to be retained must be returned to the courier at the end of the period of availability. Then, the courier will deliver them to ThePaac. ThePaac will check the correspondence of the garments with those previously shipped. If a difference is found between one or more items returned and the items in the Paac, this will be reported to the user, and any missing items will be charged.

Can I remove labels and tags from clothes?

It is impossible to remove any internal labels of the garment (e.g. composition and care or RFID). Should one or more of these be removed, the user must purchase the item.

Removing all the tags (pendants) that hinder their use is possible, but it isn't allowed to remove any internal label.

How can I suspend or cancel my subscription?

The subscription suspension will be possible anytime from the User Profile area and at no cost. At the time of suspension, the user will have the possibility to terminate the subscription cycle. At the end of the same, she will arrange for the return of the items that she does not want to keep and will not receive further Paacs. If the Next Paac has already become final, the user will receive it and can use it as the last Paac.

By suspending the subscription, you are still entitled to spend the residual Credits within one year of the suspension of the subscription.

It is always possible to cancel the ThePaac account by requesting it to customer service via email.

N.B. The cancellation of the account is irreversible and implies the loss of the residual credits.

How can I track the Next Paac?

The Next Paac is traceable from the Profile area.

How do I report a defective / damaged / not corresponding to the order in the Paac?

If a garment is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what is indicated in the order, the user can report it by sending an email with a photo of the item to [email protected]. Customer Service. We will assist as soon as possible.

How can I change my personal or payment details?

You can change your personal and payment data in the Profile area

How do I change or update my style, color, size and fit preferences?

You can change your preferences for style, color, size and fit within the Profile area.

Can I change one or more items of the Paac received and / or their sizes?
Does the change have an additional cost?

It is possible to change one or more of the items of your Paac. You have to ask for the change within the day following receipt of the Paac, and you cannot wear the items you want to exchange. To proceed with the change, contact our Customer Care via whatsapp at +39 375 680 3315 or via email to [email protected].

The Paac offers subscribers two completely free changes. Once the free changes have been used up, to change one or more items and / or their sizes you will be charged an additional cost of 10 € in order to cover the extra shipping costs.

What is the Personal Stylist and how does it work?

The Personal Stylist is an exclusive service for users subscribed to The Paac, which can be reached from the appropriate item in the User Profile or can be booked by sending an email to [email protected].
The Personal Stylist is one of our Style, Trends and Armocromia experts that will assist you in your experience and help you select the items for your Paac, suggesting garments in line with your needs, sizes and wearability.
With the Smart or Basic subscription, your first Personal Stylist consultation is free. Additional consultations can be requested whenever you wish and have a cost of € 20 for a 30-minute session.

How can I receive and / or return my Paac if I am not at home?

Every time your Paac is shipped you will receive an email from the courier that will allow you to customise the delivery methods if you need it.
You can take advantage of the Punto Poste network, which comprises 10,000 collection points (tobacconists, bars, stationers, newsagents and KiPoint shops), 100 supermarkets and 350 Lockers across Italy
